Pascal Lavigne has been involved with local 4000 since 2006 (18years). He brings with him previous experience such as being a member of JJEC, JHSC, Publicity (previously chairperson), Redeployment (current chairperson), WSIB/RTW (current chairperson), Bargaining committee member 4 times, and he Bylaw committee. Positions he has held include: 3.5 years has a Steward (2006-2008)(2010-2011)(2017) 3 years has Unit D Director (2008-2010)(2011-2012) 8 years has 2nd Vice-president General and TRC campus (2012-2016)(2017-2021) 2 years has Chief Steward Unit D (2021-2023) Pascal’s vision for the union today is that we are all here to help one each other against unjust treatment, to fight for equality and equity of all in solidarity
